About the Committee

This Committee was appointed by the City Council, upon nomination by the Mayor, on January 25, 2016. This Committee will evaluate and determine if the Pond-Grover Loop Road should be extended from its current terminus, through the proposed Villages at Bright Leaf Subdivision, to State Route 100. If the road shall be extended, this Committee will determine its design. If the road shall not be extended, this Committee will determine what will be in its place. This Committee will also be studying and making recommendations on any re-design to the existing Pond-Grover Loop Road on the east side of State Route 109.
