The portion of Old State Road from State Route 109 to Rue de La Salle will be closed for approximately one (1) week during this construction project. Click the link below for updates and a map of the detour/project area.
Apples to Zucchini Class
The City, in conjunction with St. Louis Children's Hospital, is offering a class called Apples to Zucchini: Healthy Meals for Happy Kids.

During this 90 minute class, parents will learn how to provide healthy meals and snacks for their families with the help of a registered dietitian from St. Louis Children's Hospital. Topics include portion sizes made easy, stocking your pantry, milk vs. juice vs. soda, and sample menu ideas.

The class is scheduled for Tuesday, April 8th, from 6:30 pm to 8:00 pm and the cost is $5.00 per adult.

Call 314.454.KIDS to register for this presentation.
Maintenance near Sidewalks
Residents are reminded that low-hanging branches and/or bushes which protrude over or into the sidewalk should be trimmed. Branches should be trimmed to a minimum of seven (7) feet from the sidewalk level and shrubs should be cut back so they do not interfere with pedestrians who may be walking side by side.

Any questions regarding these guidelines, should  be directed to Ron Dirks, the City's Public Works Inspector. Thank you for your cooperation!
