Calendar Contest
Voting for the photographs submitted in the City's annual calendar contest will open at 9:00 a.m. on Tuesday, August 29th.  We ask that each person only vote once.  Voting will be open until Thursday, September 14th

We are very excited that such a large number of great pictures were submitted this year!  There will be a link from the homepage, under 'News and Notices' to the pictures and on-line voting ballot.  Good luck to anyone who entered their pictures!
Public Hearings - Updated 8/25/06
The information on upcoming public hearings was updated today.  Click the link below to view all of the scheduled upcoming hearings. Each request includes a link to an on-line comment form.
Read for the Record - A Success!!
The City's Read for the Record event held on Thursday, August 24th, was a great success.  One hundred twenty-one (121) children and over 65 adults took part in helping Jumpstart set a world record for the same number of children and adults reading the same story, The Little Engine that Could, on the same day.  Thanks to any of you who attended this event!!

If you attended the event and would like to provide feedback, please send an email to Kathy Arnett.  Thank you!!
