| Ossenfort Road - portion closed on Wednesday |

The Ossenfort Road Bridge just south of the Wildhorse Creek Road/Ossenfort Road Intersection (at Deer Point Stables) will be CLOSED from 9:30am until 2:30pm on Wednesday, March 28, 2007. The bridge will be closed for AmerenUE to complete utility work for 1 day only. This bridge is going to be replaced this spring/summer & it will be closed during part of the construction.

| Technology Problems... |

Over the last week, City Hall has been plagued by two (2) separate technology problems. First, the phone lines were down for a morning last week and callers received a busy signal. If you tried to call last week and received a busy signal, we apologize for the inconvenience and thank you for your understanding.
Second, email being sent from City Hall has sporadically been rejected by different email servers for over a week. We were not aware of this problem until Tuesday of this week. If you have sent an email to a City official in the last few weeks and have not received a response, please email them again or call City Hall at 636-458-0440. The majority of emails have gone through unscathed, but there may be a few out there that still need attention. Again, we apologize for the inconvenience and are working to have the situation remedied as quickly as possible. Thank you for your understanding.
Without technology, we would have no e-newsletter, but some days it is a definite source of frustration! |

The CCPP is utilizing a professional survey company to administer and tabulate a random sampling of residents to assist them in drafting a Parks and Recreation Action Plan. If you are one of the randomly selected households, please take a few moments to complete your survey. Your assistance will have a direct impact on this plan. Additionally, please only complete the survey once. You will receive it twice because your anonymity is guaranteed. If you have already returned your survey, thank you for taking part in this effort. If you haven't returned it just yet, thank you in advance for your assistance in this matter.

| Reminder - Wildwood Celebration Meeting |

This year's Wildwood Celebration will be held on Saturday, September 15th from 11:00 am to 6:00 pm in Babler State Park. If you would be interested in volunteering to assist in the planning of this event, please join us for the first meeting on Tuesday, March 27, 2007. The meeting will be held at 6:30 pm at City Hall.
This event takes lots of volunteers to be done properly. If you have the time, please consider assisting in this fun, family event. Email Kathy Arnett if you have any questions. |
