The St. Louis County Department of Planning Office of Community Development Home Improvement Program announces that the City of Wildwood has received "Home Improvement Funds" from the Community Development Block Grant Program to assist low to moderate-income residents with home improvements such as:

Heating and Cooling

Masonry
Improvements are limited to $5,000 per residence. St. Louis County administers the program for the City of Wildwood. Homeowners who are interested must meet certain income and eligibility guidelines.
