Is That Allowed? Code Enforcement Question of the Week

The City of Wildwood would like to introduce a new section to the e-newsletter, titled "Code Enforcement Question of the Week."  Code officials will prepare frequently asked questions and provide a response to them.  Suggestions from the recipients of the e-newsletter are encouraged.

The City of Wildwood has two (2) Code Officials that enforce the City's Municipal and Zoning Codes.  The Municipal and Zoning Codes incorporate various regulations and standards, such as the adoption of Building Code(s), the permitted use(s) of land within the City, Nuisance Codes, Property Maintenance Codes, and many others.  The purpose of code enforcement is to ensure the public's health, safety and welfare are protected and preserve or enhance property values throughout the community.

The Code Officials can be contacted by e-mail or by calling City Hall; below is the contact information for them:

          Frank Laughlin, Code Inspector

          Frank@cityofwildwood.com

Direct line - 636.273.9349 or City Hall 636.458.0440

                                      Or

          Brian Gramlich, Code Enforcement Officer

          Brian@cityofwildwood.com

Direct line - 636.273.9354 or City Hall 636.458.0440
