Two (2) complete sets of plans shall be submitted for staff review no later than noon, thirty (30) days prior to the meeting. If the agenda cannot support the number of submitted applications, a special meeting may be requested by the applicant or the item will be carried over to the succeeding month. A total of twelve (12) sets of complete plans, including all revisions requested after Department review, shall be submitted 10 days prior to the meeting, bearing an original signature and seal of the Licensed Architect.

About the Board

The Architectural Review Board is to review, comment, and act upon design, function, and aesthetic issues and elements relative to all buildings and structures to be constructed in the Town Center and all other zoning district designations in the city, with the exception of single family dwellings outside the Town Center Area.

Members

The board consists of five voting members, with three alternates, and two liaisons - a council member and a planning and zoning commissioner. Staff liaisons to the Architectural Review Board are Melanie Rippetoe and Robyn C. Keefe and the current board members are:
