- A full refund will be given for any program cancelled by the city
- A cancellation must be requested in writing prior to the second class in a multiple event program. In the case of a special event or one day program, refunds must be requested, in writing, prior to the class
- All cancellations are subject to a $5 service fee
- Refunds will not be given if requested after the second class meeting, except under special circumstances, such as health-related issues
- All refunds will be made in the form of a check, regardless of the type of payment used for registration. If a credit card was used to register, only the program amount will be refunded.
