Wildwood Yoga & Wellness - Senior Yoga Class now available online.  Online classes are now offered every Tuesday at 1:30 p.m. and Friday at 11:00 a.m., you must register no later than one day in advance for each class in order to participate and have a valid e-mail address. Tuesday - Senior Chair Yoga/Restore PracticeFriday - Senior Slow Flow Yoga
Using a chair or a completely supported posture, this practice will target mobility and flexibility of both the body and the mind.  With a strong focus on the the breath and gentle movement, this practice will explore qualities of a restorative (restful) practice, a yin (longer-holding) practice, and yoga Nidra (guided meditation).A meditative flow based on a steady, rhythmic breath, and traditional yoga postures.  The flow will incorporate mindful, smooth transitions and holds designed to open the body and the mind. This practice will build strength, balance, flexibility, mobility, and confidence and is ideal for practitioners that are comfortable standing.




The City also encourages its residents to step outside, check out a new trail, and get some fresh air, while keeping a safe distance from others

The City of Wildwood offers programs specifically for adults age 60+! All senior programs are free for Wildwood residents who meet the age requirement. Some programs allow non-residents for a minimal fee.

  • Senior Water Aerobics - at the Wildwood YMCA  ($5.00 per class for non-residents) (Class temporarily canceled due to COVID-19 precautions)

Lafayette Older Adult Program (L.O.A.P.): 


The Lafayette Older Adults Program (L.O.A.P.) is a partnership between Manchester, Ballwin, Chesterfield, Ellisville, Wildwood, Winchester and the Parkway and Rockwood School Districts. If you are at least 55 years old, this is a great group for you to become involved in! Participants meet the second and fourth Monday between September and May from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. The cost is $2.00 per person per meeting, which are held at the Ballwin Golf Course, 333 Holloway Rd. Coffee, soda, and dessert are provided, we just ask for you to bring a sack lunch. Occasional special luncheons require a reservation and pre-payment and are a higher fee. **Due to COVID-19 there will be no LOAP meetings at the Ballwin Golf Course through the end of the year (2020).   Please be sure and sign up for notifications, because as CDC and St. Louis County guidelines and restrictions change, you will  be notified when the group can meet again.
