This proposed project is for a large-lot single family subdivision in the NU Non-Urban Residence District. The proposed subdivision would be nineteen (19) individual lots, with common ground, and required public space areas on an 81.4 acre tract of land.
Note: A previous proposal was considered and ultimately not supported by the City Council for a request upon this tract of land in 2017, which included the use of the City's Planned Residential Development Overlay District (PRD) (P.Z 6-16 Auburn Ridge, c/o Fischer and Frichtel.
