Action Items on Tonight’s Agenda: One (1) Public Hearing, Five (5) Letters of Recommendation, One (1) Information Report, and One (1) Amended Site Development Plan Recommendation.
A response to a request from the Wildwood Historical Society (WHS), c/o Charlie St. Onge, regarding P.Z. 4-10 Wildwood Historical Society; Amended Conditional Use Permit (CUP) in the NU Non- Urban Residence District; south side of State Route 100, west of Hencken Road (St. Louis County Locator Number 26Y630111); which requests modifications to the governing permit to allow for additional uses at the property, specifically associated with the existing single family dwelling, with the intent to accommodate an art gallery, professional office, or other compatible accessory activities. Currently, the Amended Conditional Use Permit (CUP) governing the site restricts the use of the dwelling to residential purposes. This site has been placed on the City’s Historic Register (Ward Six)
A request for a Conditional Use Permit (CUP) within the NU Non-Urban Residence District for a 12.3 acre tract of land, of which two thousand eight hundred sixty-nine (2,869) square feet of the total area of this lot is to be utilized for a one hundred ninety-five (195) foot tall, monopole telecommunications purposes, along with associated equipment area, such being encumbered by a lease established for this purpose. This tract of land is generally located on the northwest side of Shepard Road, west of its intersection with State Route 109 (St. Louis County Locator Number: 22V140282/Street Address: 2001 Shepard Road – St. Alban Roe Catholic Parish). Proposed Use: A one hundred ninety-five (195) foot telecommunications tower and related equipment area. The tower is proposed to be a monopole type, with exterior antenna arrays. (Ward One)
