Review of Proposed Zoning/Plats/Site Development Plans/Demolition Requests – Three (3) Items

a.

Review of plans for proposed new addition and alterations to an existing dwelling located at 1045 Babler Park Drive (Locator #21W130054), a structure that has been surveyed and included in the City of Wildwood Historic Building Inventory. The structure was built in 1930, according to St. Louis County records, but circa 1915 from information provided by the surveyor from the State Preservation Research Office. (Ward One)

b.

Review of findings from a site visit to a single-family dwelling proposed for demolition, which is located at 16844 Manchester Road (Locator #24V520198). The structure, built in 1933, has been surveyed, and is included in the City of Wildwood Historic Building Inventory. At the August 18, 2021, Special Meeting of the Historic Preservation Commission, four (4) Commissioners toured the site to provide comment in the attached site visit summary and letter. (Ward Eight)

c.

Review of findings from a site visit to a single-family dwelling proposed for demolition, which is located at 2531 Lindy Lane (Locator #24V530221). The structure, built in 1940, has been surveyed, and is included in the City of Wildwood Historic Building Inventory. At the August 18, 2021, Special Meeting of the Historic Preservation Commission, five (5) Commissioners toured the site to provide comment in the attached site visit summary and letter. (Ward Eight)
