As announced in late December 2021, the City has entered into an agreement with Spectrum Mid-America LLC to design, install, and operate high-speed broadband internet service for the residents of Wildwood. The City anticipates Phase 1 of the Internet Access Project to be completed by April 3rd, 2024. Click HERE to learn more about the project.
Important Update:
Map 12 is now live! Maps 1, 2, 3, 5, 6, 9, 12, and portions of Map 11 are now live. Last week, Spectrum activated 79 addresses within Map 11. The rest of Map 11 is expected to become active in the coming month. Residents living in Maps 1, 2, 3, 5, 6, 9, or 12 (+79 homes in Map 11) can now sign up for service by visiting www.spectrum.com or by calling Spectrum Customer Service at (855) 860-9068. Residents living in activated maps should be receiving mailers from Spectrum stating service is available for their homes.
Installation Fee Waiver:
Spectrum will waive its standard residential installation fee for Service Drops of 400 feet or less from the adjacent Rights-of-Way for a period of six (6) months after service becomes available. If residents schedule their installation within the first six (6) months, they will save $59.99 on the installation.
Spectrum will charge a flat rate of $99.99 for any residential installation that requires a drop in excess of 400 feet from the adjacent Rights-of-Way for a period of six (6) months after service becomes available.
