Tree Seedlings Available

Tree Seedlings Available for Pickup

Due to the cancellation of the Lawn and Garden Summit this weekend, the City has a number of tree seedlings available for free at City Hall. The 3 species available are all intended for planting in wet conditions and are beneficial for erosion control. They are great species for bank stabilization.

The available species are Hackberry, River Birch, and Sycamore. We will give away up to 10 seedlings per household (quantities limited). Just email in your quantity and species request. We will bag them up and label them with your name. You can then pick them up at Wildwood City Hall, in the 2nd floor vestibule. No need to come all the way into City Hall. Please drive around to the back of City Hall and enter the vestibule there. The left door is unlocked. This will allow individuals to pick up their selected trees without needing face-to-face contact with anyone.

Just email your quantity and species selections to Kathy Arnett and she will let you know when they are ready for pickup.

Online Reporting Form Still Available

Online Erosion Reporting Form

If you have an erosion issue on your property and have not yet completed the online reporting form, please take a few minutes to do so. Location information will be collected and you can also upload photographs to illustrate the issue. These responses will be used to target areas for field investigation and then, ultimately, to prioritize areas for repair and/or the creation of suggested fixes. The survey form can be found on the City's website here: Online Erosion Reporting Form
