The Wildwood City website is vague in communicating the approval process for residents to removed trees on their property. Wildwood's Code Enforcement Officer states a "Municipal Zoning Approval" permit is required to remove any tree, including trees planted by owners including those that are dead or diseased.
Searching the website, the only reference found for residents, not Developers, is in Chapter 215 of the Municipal Code. In Section 215.130 under Article III: Special Regulations for Weeds, Grass and Noxious Growth - Death and Decaying Trees, it states all dead or decaying trees and all trees infected by a disease shall be promptly taken down and removed from the premises by the owner (abbr of 215.130). No mention of a permit required for dead trees.
Neighborhood trustees are not aware of this requirement nor HOA management companies. Please provide clear instructions on the Wildwood City website for residents to follow for the correct process of residential tree removal.

Hi,
I had to mail something to Meridian Waste and I wanted to verify their address.
I gave them the address on the Wildwood website and they said they moved.
Can you get the address updated?

When an election is coming up, it only makes sense for the appropriate information be on the site, or at least a link to what it pertinent to Wildwood.

Is there a way to easily see how many meetings our Council Members have attended/missed?
