2. Public Works Permit Escrow Release Request Instructions
   Upon completion of the project, and restoration of the City's right-of-way, you may apply for the return of the previously submitted escrow. Restoration of the City's right-of-way includes: 1. Removing any construction debris from the streets and right-of-way. 2. Restoring the grassy area of the tree lawn with sod, or seed and straw. 3. Restoring any paved areas to City standards. Once this is complete, please use this form to request a site inspection.
